Blackberry Orange Cream Cheese Strudel

Tart fresh blackberries, sweet orange marmalade and cream cheese filling make a perfect strudel for breakfast or brunch or any time of the day!
Ingredients
- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Bonne Maman Orange Marmalade
- 6 ounces fresh blackberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 13x9 baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking sheet.
- Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Roll into 16x12 inch rectangle. Brush lightly with beaten egg.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Spread jelly over middle third of puff pastry with a spoon. Add cream cheese mixture and spread again over middle third of pastry sheet. Sprinkle blackberries over cream cheese mixture.
- Using scissors, cut one-inch cuts into pastry on the left and right side of puff pastry square. Fold each one-inch piece towards the middle. (Use photo as a guide, super easy to do!)
- Place filled pastry until lined baking sheet and brush lightly with egg. Bake for 27-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool about 5 minutes on baking sheet and then move to a wire rack to cool for about 45 minutes. Serve at room temperature or even cold.
