Mustard Baked Cod Fillets with Maille Dijon

This mustard baked cod dish is simple, yet full of flavor from Maille Dijon. Add this flavorful dish to your Fest of the Seven Fishes for the holidays! Any lean, white fleshed fish can be substituted for the cod.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds cod fillets
- 1 Tablespoon minced shallot
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Maille Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Place fish in an oiled baking dish.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Spread evenly over the fish.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the fish is brown and flaky.
Delicious!
Made this for dinner tonight! Awesome! Served it with potato pancakes. I like mine with sour cream or yogurt my hubby likes his with applesauce or maple syrup!
