A very easy and quick appetizer idea for any summer party!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces herbed goat cheese
  • 1 bunch seedless grapes
  • 1 cup chives, finely minced

Instructions

  1. With your hands, take 1 tablespoon of goat cheese and wrap around each grape. Roll out into a ball.
  2. Place the minced chives on a large plate and coat the cheese-covered grapes evenly.
  3. Place on serving tray and chill 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to coat the grapes with other ingredients like parsley or finely minced nuts.
