Goat Cheese and Grape Appetizer Truffles
A very easy and quick appetizer idea for any summer party!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces herbed goat cheese
- 1 bunch seedless grapes
- 1 cup chives, finely minced
Instructions
- With your hands, take 1 tablespoon of goat cheese and wrap around each grape. Roll out into a ball.
- Place the minced chives on a large plate and coat the cheese-covered grapes evenly.
- Place on serving tray and chill 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to coat the grapes with other ingredients like parsley or finely minced nuts.
