Pistachio Kale and Chia Seed Smoothie

A green smoothie that tastes as good as it looks!
Ingredients
- 1 large Lacitano kale leaf
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen chopped Collard greens
- 2 medium celery stalks
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
- 2/3 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
- 3 Tablespoons chilled coconut water
- 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons unsalted, shelled pistachios
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a powerful blender; process until very smooth. Serve immediately.
