Pistachio Kale and Chia Seed Smoothie

A green smoothie that tastes as good as it looks!

Ingredients

  • 1 large Lacitano kale leaf
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen chopped Collard greens
  • 2 medium celery stalks
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 3 Tablespoons chilled coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons unsalted, shelled pistachios
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender; process until very smooth. Serve immediately.
