Raspberry Champagne Granita with Melon
This is a very easy but delicious granita, great to pair with cut fruit for a nice brunch twist!
Ingredients
- For the Granita:
- 3 tablespoons Bonne Maman raspberry preserves
- 3 tablespoons Champagne or other sparkling wine
- 3/4 cup cold water
- For the Fruit:
- Half of a honeydew melon
Instructions
- Mix together raspberry preserves, Champagne and water.
- Transfer mixture to a freeze-proof 6-cup size container and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- Scrape frozen raspberry mixture with a fork.
- Cut honey dew in small cubes or scoop using a mellon baller. Put into glasses and top with granita.
