2002 SPICE ISLANDS GRILL-OFF

CCCentral member Elaine Sweet was one of four cooks competing for the $10,000 Grand Prize at the Spice Islands Grill-Off. The event was held in March in Napa Valley, Calif., as part of the Mustard Festival.
The $10,000 Grand Prize went to Joan Churchill of New Hampshire for her Feta Cheese Stuffed Burgers w/ Basil Olive Spread, The three runners-up each received a Platinum Series Gas Grill from Weber.
