2004 GILROY GARLIC FESTIVAL COOK-OFF
The Gilroy Garlic Festival is an annual event pitting the Finalists against each other in an open-air cook-off that takes place in front of crowds of festivalgoers.
"Even though I didn't win a prize," writes CCC member Michaela Rosenthal, of Woodland Hills, Calif., "I had one of the best weekends of my life!
   I am now thoroughly hooked on contesting!
   The Gilroy Garlic Festival chair people were incredibly gracious. They put on a great dinner for us on Friday evening."
