2006 BUILD A BETTER BURGER COOK-OFF
 
The annual Build a Better Burger Recipe Contest always attracts a high number of participants and CCC'ers have always represented a large number of the finalist entries.  This year you could say that the C's overtook the B's as our CCC members made a clean sweep of BBB's top three prizes. In all 7 out of the 10 finalists in the competition were CCC members.  We've listed all final winners below.
 
Beef Burger:
Grand Prize - Camilla Saulsbury  - $50,000
Second Place - Jenny Flake
Third Place - Diane Sparrow
 
Americas Choice (vote):
Olga Esquivel-Holman
 
Alternate Burger:
Winner - Liz (Elizabeth) Bennett
Second Place - Heather Kenny
Third Place - Olga Esquivel-Holman

Any way you make 'em--Burgers are still America's fun food both to cook and eat.
