2006 COOKING LIGHT COOK-OFF
 
Cooking Light is a relatively new contest.  It was only the second year this contest was offered. Hopefully, we'll have more to report in future years.  "This year's contest challenge was to create award-winning dishes that reflect what readers serve when entertaining friends and family in their own homes."
