Cooking Light hosted it's Fourth Annual Ultimate Reader Cook-off on September 18th in Birmingham, AL. The contest challenged cooks to use sponsor's products in creating lighter recipes in Starters and Drinks, Salads and Sides, Family Dinners and Desserts categories.
