2008 REDWOOD CREEK CAMPFIRE CLASSIC
Redwood Creek Wines once again is celebrating the culinary passions of those who are inspired to transcend typical outdoor cookery and create exceptional, gourmet campfire cuisine. The contest challenges cooks to create an original Campfire Recipe and include one of Redwood Creek's table wines as a Wine Pairing recommendation.  This year is the first time the Redwood Creek Campfire Classic is having regional cook-offs and there will be a CCC'er represented at each one.
