2010 MISSION MENUS CHALLENGE

The Mission Menus Challenge Cook-off took place September 10 in Hollywood and Celebrity Chef Sara Moulton hosted the event.  Lorie prepared "Tilapia and White Bean Taco Salad Bowls with Creamy Avocado Dressing and Pickled Red Relish" and Jasmin prepared the winning recipe "Vietnamese Grilled Skirt Steak Wraps With Sriracha-Lime Mayonnaaise and Fresh Summer Vegetables".
