NATIONAL CORNBREAD COOK-OFF
The 15th Annual National Cornbread Cook-Off took place
on April 30, 2011 in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. Each
year the festival celebrates Martha WhiteŽ Cornbread and
Lodge Manufacturing Company cast iron, where amateur
cooks from across the country compete with their
favorite main dish cornbread recipes. CCC'er Jen won
first place with her "Tennessee Onion Soup Gratin" and
Margee won second place with her "Caramelized Maple
Apple Bacon Brunch Bake.
