The Second National Festival of Breads was held on June
25, 2011 in Wichita, Kansas. As America’s only amateur
bread baking contest it has become the nation’s premier
bread-baking competition. CCC'er Gale Collier won
Grand Prize with her "Quick Raisin Granola Breakfast
Rolls"
