Welcome to Cooking Contest Central! Here’s a quick overview of content you can now access as a member of our site.

The Contests

The majority of contests are what we call “Deadline” contests, because they have (you guessed it), a deadline for entry.  When you log in, you should be taken directly to our deadline contests listing, since that’s probably the listing you want to check first.  You can always get back to it by clicking “Contests” in the main menu at the top.

We also list additional contests by type of entrant, including Professionals, Bloggers, and Kids.  There’s also an “Ongoing” category, which lists all of the contests that repeat, whether it’s weekly, monthly, or quarterly. And then there’s an “Other” category for everything else.

If you want to discuss a specific contest, you can leave a comment on the contest detail page — or you can use the forums.

The Forums

The forums are your place to connect with your fellow CCC members.  There are three areas:  “Recipe Contests”  (for questions, tips and discussions related to contesting) “Voting” (where you can make vote requests and support your fellow members) and “Off-Line”  (for any other topics not related to contesting).

Your Profile

You can view your profile by clicking on “My Account” in the upper menu, and once there, click “Edit My Profile” to edit it. You can upload a profile picture, add a short biographical statement, your website and social media accounts, and a signature that will be added to your posts in the forums.
