Is there anything better than freshly grated Parmesan cheese? Mario Batali frequently refers to Parmesan as “the undisputed king of cheeses,” and I certainly agree!

This week, we have teamed up with Cello Artesian Cheesemakers, the makers behind Cello Whisps to offer one lucky reader an entire wheel of Parmesan cheese. Yes, you read that correctly. You can enter to win this Cello Parmesan Wheel Giveaway!

The thought of winning an entire wheel of Parmesan Cheese is thrilling! Cheese is an integral component of any romantic meal! start with an appetizer of long shavings of parmesan cheese coupled with honey, a variety of jellies, grapes on a fresh baguette and of course a crisp dry win. Follow this with a champagne salmon bisque toped with the nutty, salty topping of melted gooey parmesan cheese. The entrée would be a crepe of a seafood mixture of in a light cream sauce with a mixture of wonderful parmesan cheese with white wine, garlic and salt and pepper….. The key to romance is the cheese!
