What do you do with that extra box of Samoa Girl Scout Cookies? Well here you go!

Ingredients

  • For The Crust
  • 1 Box Samoa Cookies
  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 1/2 Sticks Salted Butter, Melted
  • 1 Large Egg
  • For The Cake
  • 12 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Sticks Salted Butter, Melted
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 5 Cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease 15x11pan. ***(I used this size but if you only have a 13x9 it will work too, just may need to cook about 10 min longer)
  2. For the Crust: In a food processor, process the girl scout cookies until a course crumb forms. Dump into a large mixing bowl. Add yellow cake mix, melted butter and egg. Mix until dough forms. Press into greased pan.
  3. For the Cake: In another large mixing bowl mix the cream cheese until nice and creamy. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla, mix well. Add powdered sugar slowly and mix until creamy and smooth. Pour over top of crust, making sure its spread nice and evenly.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes. I always keep an eye on it though as you don't want to over cook it! Just until the top has a nice light golden color to it!

Notes

This is so full of butter and sugar, the crust almost turns into a chewy candy, the middle so soft and gooey. Decadently delicious!
