  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 1/2 Sticks Salted Butter, Melted
  • 1 Large Egg
  • For The Cake
  • 12 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Sticks Salted Butter, Melted
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 5 Cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease 15x11 pan.
  2. For the Crust: In a food processor, pulse Samoas Girl Scout Cookies until a course crumb forms. Dump into a large mixing bowl. Add yellow cake mix, melted butter and egg. Mix until dough forms. Press into greased pan.
  3. For the Cake: In another large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese until fluffy. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla, then mix well. Add powdered sugar slowly and mix until creamy and smooth. Pour over top of crust, making sure to spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the top has a nice light golden color to it.

Notes

This is so full of butter and sugar that the crust almost turns into a chewy candy, the middle so soft and gooey. Decadently delicious!
