The Gilroy Garlic Festival is an annual fun cook-off that takes place in Gilroy, the Garlic Capitol of California. CCC’er Laureen Pittman won the garlic crown with her “Crispy Pork Belly with Caramelized Onion and Fig Agrodolce and Creamy Polenta”.
