The 16th Annual National Cornbread Cook-Off took place on April 28, 2012 in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. Each year the festival celebrates Martha White® Cornbread and Lodge Manufacturing Company cast iron, where amateur cooks from across the country compete with their favorite main dish cornbread recipes. CCC’er Lisa won Second place with her “Sweet Yellow Cornbread, Sausage & Tomato Pie with a Garlic Cream Drizzle”
