Aunt Nellie’s and READ Salads have teamed up to offer you a chance to win $1,000 in their Mystery Basket Recipe Contest 2015!

All entries must include a link to a short video (posted online to social media or other site) or at least three photos of original recipe submission preparation. (Don’t worry, the quality of your video or photo will not affect score of entry.)

They are focused on Taste (40%), Use of Mystery Ingredients (40%) and Creativity (20%).

Just remember a few rules:

• Recipe must be an original
• Recipe must use a Aunt Nellie’s Diced Beets (Cups), any other Aunt Nellie’s jarred pickled beet product OR READ 3 Bean Salad (Cups or Can.)
• Recipe must use the following additional “Mystery Ingredients:” herbs (fresh or dried), chicken (any preparation), citrus fruit or juice, and mustard
• Recipe must contain 10 or fewer ingredients total, including mystery ingredients (excluding water, salt and pepper).
• Open to U.S. residents 18 or over on the day the contest begins.
• Contest is not open to culinary professionals, including caterers, chefs and food service professionals.
• All entries must include entrant’s name, address, zip code, phone number with area code and email plus name of recipe, number of servings, list of ingredients with exact standard U.S. measurements in order of use, followed by complete preparation directions, including cooking/baking/chilling time and temperature. Entries must also include a link to a short video (posted online to social media or other site) OR at least three photos of original recipe submission preparation. NOTE: Quality of video or photo will not affect score of entry.
• Contestants can enter as often as they wish.
• Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.
