I applied to chopped already. i have great credentials, meaning I rock. i just love what i love and it shows. about a year ago, my sister and I thought about the whole sibling rivalry thing and then months later, chopped aired a show with just the same theme.
of course I want to be on chopped for my own personal reasons. i love the show!! I DVR the show and watch it whenever I have spare time. everytime i’m yelling at the TV with what i would’ve done or how i would’ve done it and of course the items I hope to never be faced with. first and fore most I want to be on the show for myself, to help to take of my family and makes right to some of the wrongs i’ve done, but i also wouldn’t mind having my sister as a competitor, so i could kick her ass on national television and she would learn once and for all that cooking from scratch is the best !!! i don’t buy things and call it my own. i make my own!
i about cut my finger off last week in the kitchen at my sister’s cafe and everyone was amazed that i just taped it up and kept going. my response “if i were on chopped, that’s what i’d have to it, so why would i do it any different now? i’m in training !!!!”
PICK ME – PICK ME !!!!!
i don’t mean to sound cocky, but i’m good at what i do. i have a great local following and plenty of references to back that up. but i’m also very animated and “larger than life” ,…. or so i’ve been told. i can’t help but feel like I have something i need to put out there and PROVE.
i would appreciate any response and opprotunity to present myself and my skills.
    thanks for your time.

Hi chopped, I been a mother for 25 years, I have one son, whom I cooked for his whole life, now he is a wonderful cook for his family. I met my husband and startedvto expand my cooking skills. I love a challenge because there are secrets to everything. My hubby has 16 kids when we met, but was only raising 3 so I started cooking for an army, as time went by, kids had kids, they had kids, now 22 years later I have mastered what I love which is cooking. My signature dish is baby back ribs,Chinese sauces, Mac and cheese and greens. I can almost cook anything. I have been told I should open a restaurant my food is so good. I love to season food which is really hard to do, when you can bring flavor out of meats that goes a long way. Please bring chopped to Michigan, or fly me their. Chopped is my favorite show by far. Hopefully my story will convince you to allow me to show the world what good cooking is all about, & how much fun and creative you can be with food. Thank you for reading. ladyluvwardlow@aol.com

    Hello and Happy Holidays
Ive had the pleasure to be interviewed for a special chopped segment for soup kitchens chefs. Although, am interested in being in other segments of chopped. I also have a catering business and personal clients that i teach techniques and different ways of cooking a meal, as to also how to deconstruct to reconstruct a meal.
Unfortunately due to my astonishing flavors and food that ‘Ive created for the soup kitchen meals on Fridays, I’ve been kept from cooking on Fridays, although the clients continue to request for (La Cubanita) Chef Liz(moi) to cook on a Monday or possibly on a Wednesday the Head Chef has ignored the request of the clients.
The clients requesting for me to cook tells me that my flavors were on spot and that they enjoy the food i produce.
Even when i cook for private parties i receive compliments like where is my restaurant located, that says a lot to me.
I am still interested in cooking on one of the segment for chopped.
Even in Throw Down with Bobby Flay, with my signature dish which i will not mention lol.
    Hope to hear from Chopped.

Hi, I was wondering if maybe in one of the seasons you could do different states instead of the ones posted above. I am still new to the cooking industry, and I really enjoy things like baking, and decorating things. I hope that one of these times you will allow places/ states like Montana to apply. Thank you so much.

  6. Pat Crawford February 28, 2016 at 10:02 am #

I have been putting off applying to Chopped for many years! Recently all sorts of people, friends and family. Have been encouraging me. You don’t seem to have a category for me. A Culinary grad in the 1990’s worked briefly I. Kitchens and in private homes . I’ve done functions and menu consulting. I am now retired but can’t seem to stay out of the trade publications and the kitchen.
Back when Chopped started my daughter called and said”Ma you’ve got to do this making stuff out of nothing is what you do best!” My daughter died not long after that. I would like to participate for her and all that have been recently encouraging me.

  24. Tyler December 21, 2017 at 4:22 pm #

    Hello Chopped!
I would like to start off by saying that I am a HUGE fan, my fiancé and I watch the show every night and have like 42 episodes currently saved on our DVR and scheduled to record more episodes when we are not able to watch them when aired.
I am not submitting this for me, but rather my uncle and Godfather; he doesn’t know I am submitting this for him. He is completely selfless and is always so caring for others that he always puts their needs ahead of his own. He went to culinary school 30+ years ago and is an amazing cook! His current work situation is that he is unable to make enough as a cook so it has forced him to work with the DOT doing hard labor day in and day out. He is 53 years old and would love to get back into the food industry and I think he just needs some validation that he IS an amazing cook and good enough to get back into it. He could also use the $10K since he donates his money away to others in his community who are in need.
I believe that everyone deserves a second chance and my uncle Bob sure could use a second chance at being an amazing cook! Please consider him for one of your future episodes, he is a fun loving (single) guy and a great time to be around! This would mean the world to him and could be a 180 degree life changer. He lives to cook for friends and family but like I said, just needs a completely unbiased opinion to tell him that he was born to cook.

  28. Mark Webster March 5, 2018 at 6:50 pm #

My name is Chef Mark Webster. I have cooked around the world in all kinds of conditions. On Navy ships that rolled so much we had to secure the fryers and the grills. I lived and worked in Antarctica for a year and learning just how creative I could be without using any fresh fruits, vegetables to feed a group of Navy and Scientists. I worked in US Embassies, large restaurant chains, private clubs, restaurants and as a Culinary Arts Teacher. There is nothing I can’t overcome and excel in. Name a cuisine and I’ve mastered it. I’m who you’ve been waiting for.
