This weekend I had the pleasure of attending a “Hellmann’s Holiday” party with celebrity Chef Tim Love!  He was on hand to share his crowd-pleasing holiday recipes using Hellmann’s or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise.

One of the recipes Chef Love created are these moist and decadent holiday cupcakes made with (you guessed it) mayonnaise!  Using mayonnaise in a dessert isn’t as unusual as it might seem.  These cakes typically replace the eggs and fat in the recipe with mayonnaise.   The result is absolutely delicious!

This holiday season whip up a batch of Chocolate Mayonnaise Cupcakes to serve your guests.  After they “ooh” and “ahh” over your perfect dessert, see if they can guess the secret ingredient!
