This superfoods packed smoothie delivers on taste and nutrition with antioxidant rich blueberries and iron rich spinach, plus a little flavor kick from fresh grated ginger and, a spoonful of Chia seeds for fiber.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - cup frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 1 - small frozen Banana
  • 1/2 - cup loosely pack fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1/4- cup seedless Cucumber
  • 1 - tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1- 5.3 ounce container Strawberry fruit on the bottom Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 - tsp fresh grated Ginger
  • 1/2- cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Begin by pulsing the ingredients in a blender to break up the spinach, then continue to blend at higher speed until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Banana peels will go brown in the freezer but the fruit inside is still delicious and they help to chill the smoothie.
