Time to catch up on some “Iron Chef” episodes!  Check out this recap of “Flay vs. Wexler” from our contributor, Shannon.  This is Season 10 Episode 41.

“This battle pitted Iron Chef Flay and his South western flavor profile versus Middle eastern inspired Chef Wexler. The secret ingredient, Wild striped Bass, was a familiar favorite to both Chefs. A shattered Fish taco was the 20 minute challenge dish presented by Iron Chef Flay. Challenger Chef Wexler impressed the judges with a Morrocan infused hot and cold fish salad. Chef Flay came out the winner of that round. The Smoking gun was revealed as a culinary curveball. Each of the Chefs found a way to incorporate the smoke gun into their fish. In the end, Chef Flay was named the winner.”
