We have another fabulous entry in the “Think Outside the Griddle” recipe contest!  This recipe for Maple-Cured Nova with Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette one comes from Susan Asanovic.
Susan suggests several ways to repurpose the leftovers from this dish.  “Mix into softly scrambled eggs, or tuck into home-made sushi. Or serve the classic bagel and cream cheese combo.  Any remaining vinaigrette is nice for potato salad, adding salt to taste.”
