Avocado Banaberry Zinger

Avocado makes this velvety smooth, and the zing of fresh ginger gets you at the end! This smoothie is perfect for on the go mornings where you need extra help waking up.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 small banana, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 rounded teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 3/4 cup brewed green tea, cooled

Instructions

  1. Place everything in blender and puree until smooth. Makes 1 generous serving, or 2 smaller ones. Enjoy!
