Berried Treasure Smoothie

If using fresh berries place in a plastic sealable bag to freeze up.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/3 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1/3 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 1 tablespoon tart cherry juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 long orange peel rinds
Instructions
- Place first 6 ingredients in blender(through chia seeds), whirl until smooth. Rub rim of 2 glasses with orange peel then pour smoothie in glasses and garnish each rim with a orange peel.
