Berried Treasure Smoothie

If using fresh berries place in a plastic sealable bag to freeze up.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/3 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon tart cherry juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 long orange peel rinds

Instructions

  1. Place first 6 ingredients in blender(through chia seeds), whirl until smooth. Rub rim of 2 glasses with orange peel then pour smoothie in glasses and garnish each rim with a orange peel.
