This is my go-to after a two hour swim in the pool. I always come home famished and this easy healthy breakfast counts for my breakfast lunch combo probably fives times a week! It’s sinless and delicious all the way around my waist. Enjoy! It takes less than five minutes to put together.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1/2 cup prepared granola (I use a mix with nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and carob chips)
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Bonne Maman Cherry Preserves

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, put 1/2 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup cherries on the bottom.
  2. Spoon greek yogurt on top of the berries.
  3. Pour granola mix on top of the yogurt.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together the honey and Bonne Maman Cherry Preserves and then spoon over your granola.
  5. Finish off with the rest of the berries on top of the honey jam mixture. (1/2 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup cherries)
