Who says you can’t have healthy AND delicious?!?! This smoothie is packed with flavor! I love this smoothie as a pre-run fuel source or a post-workout meal replacement. And when I’m in a morning rush, it also makes a great quick breakfast to grab and go. Delicious vanilla almond milk, Greek yogurt, banana, peanut butter, and super-food chia seeds…creamy and delsih!!

Ingredients

  • 1 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 c. vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter (no added sugar)
  • 1 medium frozen banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 c. ice
  • 1 packet stevia (for added sweetness, if desired)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and pulse until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
