Funky Monkey Protein Smoothie

Who says you can’t have healthy AND delicious?!?! This smoothie is packed with flavor! I love this smoothie as a pre-run fuel source or a post-workout meal replacement. And when I’m in a morning rush, it also makes a great quick breakfast to grab and go. Delicious vanilla almond milk, Greek yogurt, banana, peanut butter, and super-food chia seeds…creamy and delsih!!
Ingredients
- 1 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 c. vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter (no added sugar)
- 1 medium frozen banana, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 c. ice
- 1 packet stevia (for added sweetness, if desired)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients and pulse until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
