Gluten Free Almond Torte
This sweetly simple torte is so flavorful you won’t even notice that it is gluten free! Serve with creme fraiche and fresh berries.
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 250 grams Almond Flour
- 250 grams Sugar
- Zest of 1 orange or 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. With a mixer, combine eggs and sugar. Fold in almond meal, vanilla, or zest by hand. Pour mixture in to a greased tart pan with a removable bottom. Bake for 30 minutes until top is golden brown.
