Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup organic sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend together cocnut oil, sugars, and eggs. Add sea salt, coconut flour, and chocolate chips last. Roll into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned on edges. Cool on cookie rack for 5-10 minutes before removing.
