Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup organic sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend together cocnut oil, sugars, and eggs. Add sea salt, coconut flour, and chocolate chips last. Roll into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned on edges. Cool on cookie rack for 5-10 minutes before removing.
