Heart Healthy Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Breakfast in a glass with fiber and protein. Breakfast never tasted so good!
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy or almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- 1 package "Hi Fiber Cinnamon Roll" flavored instant oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon good quality cinnamon, plus a dash for top
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon light agave syrup
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in a blender. Blend thoroughly. Pour into glass, sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon, and enjoy.
