Heart Healthy Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Breakfast in a glass with fiber and protein. Breakfast never tasted so good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 package "Hi Fiber Cinnamon Roll" flavored instant oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon good quality cinnamon, plus a dash for top
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon light agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients in a blender. Blend thoroughly. Pour into glass, sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon, and enjoy.
