- 4 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
- Salad and Dressing
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
- 1 small garlic clove, smashed and smeared with a little salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon worstershire sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Store bought or homemade croutons
Instructions

Position each cheese round over small bowls or glasses and form into bowls by pressing down sides. Cool completely.
- Place the lettuce in a medium bowl. Place dressing ingredients in medium bowl and whisk until well blended and creamy. Fill each cheese bowl with ยผ of the salad, add additional ground pepper is desired. Top with croutons.
