Italian Black Bean Hummus
This is such a delicious and easy snack, has a tiny hint of spice, and you don’t feel guilty eating it!
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 TBS olive oil
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 TBS parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In your food processor start by blending the rinsed and drained black beans. With food processor running, slowly add in each ingredient until well blended. When finished spoon into a serving bowl and serve with your choice of veggies or crackers, enjoy!
