I was stuck inside my house for two days during the Boston Winter Storm and my son and I decided to turn off the t.v. and make something out of the 3′ of snow we had in our yard. It’s an easy, simple, tasty and healthy snack.

Ingredients
- 6 cups crushed ice
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 aromatic fresh green leaf herbs (basil, mint, parsley)
- 1 tsp Orange zest
Instructions
- Place ice in a blender, add lemonade and orange juice; blend until smooth.
- Place the mixture into an ice cream machine and mix until sorbet is ready (8-10 minutes). If you don't have an ice cream machine, freeze the mixture in a tall container for 1-2 hours.
- Place the sorbet from the ice cream machine in a tall container, freeze for 30-45 minutes.
- Serve one scoop and add orange zest and mint. Enjoy!
