Mango Masala Morning Smoothie

There’s nothing like the fresh, exotic flavors of India to open your eyes in the morning!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated gingerroot
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely chopped cilantro
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (optional)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender and blend for approximately 10 seconds to completely blend and liquify. Serve immediately.
