This smoothie mimics the flavors of a delicious, freshly baked Morning Glory Muffin.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. finely grated carrots
  • ¼ cup crushed pineapple (packed in 100% juice)
  • ½ small apple (peeled, cored & grated)
  • ½ small orange- zest and juice
  • ½ tsp. freshly grated ginger root
  • 1 TBSP almond butter
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 cup (packed) baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients in the blender in the order listed and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Note: The fruits and veggies must be prepped in advance if using a non-commercial grade blender.
