Ginger-Orange Creamsicle Cocktail

An orange creamsicle cocktail with ginger, blood orange bitters and vodka.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces premium vodka
- 2 ounces fresh orange juice
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons cream
- 1 Tablespoon ginger liqueur
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes blood orange bitters
- small orange slice (segment), garnish
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled half way with ice. Shake very well to blend. Transfer to a chilled martini glass and garnish with orange segment.
Notes
Sake can be used in place of the vodka.Recipe can be doubled to make 2 cocktails.
