Pisco Sour
Serve this Peruvian cocktail at your next fiesta!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Pisco
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon pasteurized egg whites
- Garnish: lemon wedges
Instructions
- In a blender, whirl 3 ice cubes, pisco, sugar, fresh lemon juice, and egg whites. Blend until smooth and serve straight up in a martini glass with a lemon wedge.
