Serve this Peruvian cocktail at your next fiesta!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Pisco
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pasteurized egg whites
  • Garnish: lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. In a blender, whirl 3 ice cubes, pisco, sugar, fresh lemon juice, and egg whites. Blend until smooth and serve straight up in a martini glass with a lemon wedge.
Yield: 1 cocktail
