Raspberry Lime Rickey Smoothie

This smoothie makes a refreshing, healthy, satisfying treat for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Greek style yogurt-plain
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk-vanilla flavor
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries (approximately 3 ounces)
  • 1 cup fresh, clean kale leaves (no stems) - approximately 1 ½ ounces
  • 1 TB fresh chopped mint- approximately 6 full leaves

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in order listed and pour in to two 8 ounces glasses. Garnish with extra mint or lime slices. Enjoy!
