Smoked Trout Tartine

Smoked salmon or sable fish may be used instead of trout.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill plus additional for garnish
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 smoked trout or other fish filet, flaked
- 1 whole grain baguette, thinly sliced on diagonal
Instructions
- In bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, lemon juice and salt; spread over bread slices. Top with pieces of fish. Garnish with a small dill sprig.
