Smoked Trout Tartine

Smoked salmon or sable fish may be used instead of trout.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill plus additional for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 smoked trout or other fish filet, flaked
  • 1 whole grain baguette, thinly sliced on diagonal

Instructions

  1. In bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, lemon juice and salt; spread over bread slices. Top with pieces of fish. Garnish with a small dill sprig.
