Made on a whim on July 4th, this was one of our favorites. Tom Cruise in the movie “Cocktail” has nothing on this one!

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup ice
- 1 cup coconut rum
- 2 Tablespoons Grand Marnier
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 fresh pineapple slices, peeled, cored and diced
- 3 slices fresh mango
- 4 large strawberries, stems removed and halved
- 1 banana, peeled and quartered
- juice from 1 lime
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
