Tropical Green Heat Smoothie

A smoothie that revs up the metabolism with a bit of jalapeรฑo. Protein and calcium from plain Greek yogurt, super food kale and fresh pineapple to get a healthy dose of “good for you” veggies and fruit!
Ingredients
- smoothie
- 2 cups fresh pineapple,cut in small chunks
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 8 ounces mango juice
- 3/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 small jalapeno pepper,seeded
- 1/2 teaspoon agave with stevia(can use plain agave-sweeten to taste)
- dash of coconut extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.Garnish with piece of pineapple and jalapeno,if desired.Serves 3
