A smoothie that revs up the metabolism with a bit of jalapeรฑo. Protein and calcium from plain Greek yogurt, super food kale and fresh pineapple to get a healthy dose of “good for you” veggies and fruit!

Ingredients

  • smoothie
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple,cut in small chunks
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 8 ounces mango juice
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 small jalapeno pepper,seeded
  • 1/2 teaspoon agave with stevia(can use plain agave-sweeten to taste)
  • dash of coconut extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.Garnish with piece of pineapple and jalapeno,if desired.Serves 3
