Tropicolada Oatmeal Smoothie

Not only is this a quick, filling breakfast, but it is a craveable one too.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oatmeal
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits (I used fresh 2" chunks)
- 1 small banana, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1 cup almond, soy or rice milk
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender. Blend on high for 10 - 15 seconds or until all the ingredients are pureed and well blended. Serve immediately. Leftovers can be frozen and stored until ready to use.
