Tutti Frutti Rainbow Smoothie

This 4-layer smoothie is both visually appealing and delicious. Each layer is a new flavor surprise making this a fun eat for smoothie lovers of all ages.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh, ready-to-eat spinach
Instructions
- Place 1/2 cup coconut milk, mango, and greek yogurt in an electric blender. Blend until smooth. Pour half of mixture into a 16 oz. glass.
- Add strawberries and 1/4 cup coconut milk to remaining smoothie in blender, blending until smooth. Spoon half of mixture into glass on top of mango layer.
- Add blueberries and 1/4 cup coconut milk to remaining smoothie in blender, blending until smooth. Spoon half of this mixture into glass on top of strawberry layer.
- Add spinach to remaining smoothie and blend. Spoon all of this mixture into glass on top of blueberry layer. Enjoy!
