Tutti Frutti Rainbow Smoothie

This 4-layer smoothie is both visually appealing and delicious. Each layer is a new flavor surprise making this a fun eat for smoothie lovers of all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh, ready-to-eat spinach

Instructions

  1. Place 1/2 cup coconut milk, mango, and greek yogurt in an electric blender. Blend until smooth. Pour half of mixture into a 16 oz. glass.
  2. Add strawberries and 1/4 cup coconut milk to remaining smoothie in blender, blending until smooth. Spoon half of mixture into glass on top of mango layer.
  3. Add blueberries and 1/4 cup coconut milk to remaining smoothie in blender, blending until smooth. Spoon half of this mixture into glass on top of strawberry layer.
  4. Add spinach to remaining smoothie and blend. Spoon all of this mixture into glass on top of blueberry layer. Enjoy!
