Vegetable Pasta Salad

Enjoy an easy to fix simple refreshing colorful pasta and greens combination salad that is both satisfying and nutritious.
Ingredients
- Pasta
- 1 lb. Whole Wheat Penne Noodle
- Canned and Prepared
- 1 cup Italian Dressing
- 14 oz. can Baby Corn whole or pieces, drained
- 14.5 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
- 15 oz. can Garbanzo Beans, rinsed, drained
- 1/2 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
- 3/4 cup Black Olives, pitted, whole, drained
- Fresh Vegetables
- 10 oz. Grape Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Sweet Red Pepper, diced small
- 1/4 cup Sweet Yellow Pepper, diced small
- 2 cups Fresh Baby Herb and Greens Blend, washed
Instructions
- Cook pasta as directed in the box. Rinse with cold water and drain.
- Pour the Italian Dressing on cooked pasta.
- Add the corn, diced tomatoes, garbanzo beans, olives, sweet pickle relish. Blend well.
- Toss the rest of the ingredients.
