Enjoy an easy to fix simple refreshing colorful pasta and greens combination salad that is both satisfying and nutritious.

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 1 lb. Whole Wheat Penne Noodle
  • Canned and Prepared
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing
  • 14 oz. can Baby Corn whole or pieces, drained
  • 14.5 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
  • 15 oz. can Garbanzo Beans, rinsed, drained
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 3/4 cup Black Olives, pitted, whole, drained
  • Fresh Vegetables
  • 10 oz. Grape Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Red Pepper, diced small
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Yellow Pepper, diced small
  • 2 cups Fresh Baby Herb and Greens Blend, washed

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta as directed in the box. Rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. Pour the Italian Dressing on cooked pasta.
  3. Add the corn, diced tomatoes, garbanzo beans, olives, sweet pickle relish. Blend well.
  4. Toss the rest of the ingredients.
