Violet Cordial

A bright cocktail with floral and herbal notes, this violet cordial is the perfect drink for any special occasion.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounce premium vodka
- 1-1/2 ounce pink lemonade
- 1 ounce unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 Tablespoon violet liqueur
- fresh rosemary
- candied violet
- violet-colored sanding sugar, to rim
Instructions
- Rim a vintage champagne glass with violet sanding sugar. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Fill a cocktail shaker half way with ice. Pour in vodka, pink lemonade, cranberry juice and violet liqueur. Add a sprig of fresh rosemary and shake well to blend. Strain into the chilled champagne glass. Garnish with a candied violet and a sprig rosemary, if desired.
