Wild Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Refreshing breakfast treat with fiber, protein, and antioxidant benefits.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 package "Wild Blueberry Muffin" flavored hi-fiber instant oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 T. light agave syrup
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients in a blender. Blend thoroughly. Pour into glass and enjoy.
