Yo-Mango Kale Smoothie

There’s a lot of healthy goodness in this smoothie. This will be a great start to your day as a breakfast smoothie. Give it a try, you’re going to like it!

Ingredients

  • 1cup Frozen Mango
  • 1teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Skim Milk
  • 1teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Packed Baby Kale

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender or a Vitamix Professional Series 750 until smooth and fluffy. Garnish with a little mango if you like and enjoy.
