Yo-Mango Kale Smoothie

There’s a lot of healthy goodness in this smoothie. This will be a great start to your day as a breakfast smoothie. Give it a try, you’re going to like it!
Ingredients
- 1cup Frozen Mango
- 1teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 cup Skim Milk
- 1teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Egg White
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Packed Baby Kale
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender or a Vitamix Professional Series 750 until smooth and fluffy. Garnish with a little mango if you like and enjoy.
