Erin Evenson has graciously offered to recap the latest season of “Worst Cooks in America” for us here on the CCC blog!  I think Anne Burrell’s expression sums it up for us… “What are these folks thinking?!”

Not only can this show be entertaining, but possibly even useful to creative home cooks who write and test recipes.  When you are creating a recipe for a contest, remember that these sponsors often want the winning dishes to be appealing to the masses.   That means home cooks who might not have a strong skill set in the kitchen and don’t want to spend too much time in front of the stove.  Something to think about!
